Frequently Asked Questions
How much will I need to invest for a website?
I have provided starting prices above, however the investment will depend on many factors and the needs of your business website, such as number of pages, functionality etc. After filling out the questionnaire and meeting for our discovery call, you will receive a full proposal of the costs before signing the contract.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Your investment will be split into 2 payments depending on the size of the project (3 for larger projects). The first payment will be due at the beginning of the project when you sign the contract. This initial deposit secures your spot on my calendar and that time frame will be devoted entirely to you and your website. The remaining balance will be due when the website is ready to launch and before it is handed over to you.
How long will the project take?
As soon as I receive all of your website content, the project will likely take anywhere from 3 weeks (for smaller sites) to 8 weeks (for larger sites), depending on how quickly you are able to review and give feedback throughout the process. I will guide you through the project and keep things on schedule. Your prompt feedback and communication will be important during this process.
What do I need to have ready to give you before we start?
We need all of your content before we start the project:
- Your logo
- Login info for domain & hosting (if you already have these set up).
- Current website login (if you already have a WordPress site).
- Images for your site
- Brand style guide with colors, fonts, etc.
- All of the copy for your website
- Any other necessary files (Ex PDF opt-in form).
Are there any extra fees or expenses I need to know about?
Yes, you will be responsible for purchasing your domain and hosting if you haven’t already done so. If you don’t already have these, I’ll help you get it all set up. Some websites, but not all, will need premium plugins.
Can you design my site if I live in a different state?
Absolutely! I love working with clients from all over the country!
The majority of our communication will be through chat or thread in our project management system or through scheduled ZOOM calls. Anytime we schedule calls, we’ll use my scheduling calendar, which will show you available times in your time zone.
Do you write the content/copy for my website?
The copywriting on your website is so important! It is not included in the original website packages. However, it is available as an add-on for an additional cost. The cost will vary depending on the number of pages that need copywriting.
Will you set up my email marketing?
As an add-on service, I will embed or connect your opt-in forms to your email service provider (ESP) but you’ll be responsible for setting up any and all lists, forms, automations, broadcasts, etc. inside of your ESP.

Awesome! Fill out the contact form HERE & we’ll get our discovery call scheduled. During our call, we’ll find a start date that works for both of us. Be sure to get in touch as soon as possible so we can reserve your spot in my calendar.
I book out anywhere from 1-3 months in advance. To book with me (and hold your spot), the initial deposit will be due. If your start date is a few weeks out, this will give you plenty of time to gather all of your content.
